RETURN/REFUND POLICY If your sign from Braille Sign Pros breaks or degrades within 1 year of purchase, we will replace them for free. Braille Sign Pros will use discretion to determine the validity of the return. All shipping costs back to Braille Sign Pros are the responsibility of the customer. If your sign was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and keep any and all original packaging for shipment back to Braille Sign Pros. Braille Sign Pros is not responsible for damage costs by the carrier and we will send back a replacement with the original shipping method. Expedited shipping costs are covered by the customer. CUSTOM SIGNS Because we customize braille signs, any other return or refund that is not defective or damaged in shipping will not be accepted. Shipping costs back to Braille Sign Pros will be prepaid by the customer and reimbursed should the item be determined to be defective. The customer will also be billed for expenses and labor costs associated with product inspection should the item be determined not to be defective. STOCK SIGNS Stock signs like restroom and pictogram signs with no customization may be returned within 15 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in addition to a 25% restocking fee. Customized stock signs have the same return/refund policy as custom signs. SHIPPING We offer free ground shipping on orders over $125 (Our Free Shipping is not available for Hawaii or Alaska) Any other rush charge or expedited shipping will be paid by customer. Rates will appear on checkout depending on your location. We only offer shipping within the USA.
